The house is up in the hills, so you would have to walk a bit, but nothing too crazy if you are in good shape. The hosts are very nice and welcomed us warmly.

The house is newly renovated and clean. An incredible view of the lake and mountains from the window. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beaches (there are three incredible beaches nearby). But it is worth considering that all beaches are paid (10 euros for one sunbed for the whole day). The nearest supermarket in Ksamil is about 5 km from the hotel.
