It is also a good place for outings to larger cities like Leuven and Brussels. The house itself is well equipped, suitable for a family with children. A huge asset is a backyard, where there is, among other things, a barbecue, a fireplace, a vegetable garden, and exercise equipment. Amazing impressions were the colorful ducks and chickens running around the yard, it was a great attraction for children. The hosts are helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

We didnt like the projector screen tv as not easy to see in the daylight, but thats just a personal preference.

Clean, warm, comfortable beds, large garden, easy to park and find. You reach Merode/Schuman in 40 mins under traffic or 20 without, by car. I recommend using a car as with the public transport would take longer. The train station is 8 mins away as well the supermarkets. Communication with the host was fast and easy. I recommend this accomodation.

The owner went to such trouble make our stay as comfortable as possible. She even welcomed us with a home baked cake- such a special touch. She ensured we had enough towels and coffee and the place was super clean. The facilities, decor and setting was fantastic.
