The cottage is perfect in every way: The view of Mount kazbegi is gorgeous, it has all the facilities you can want and there is a nice garden from where you can see the whole valley. Inside its also a very cosy place to be and it's very quiet, truely a unique stay. The beds are also very good so we all slept great. The location is perfect as its only 8 mins walk to the supermarket while being away from the main roads so no noise. The man that runs it (Zurab) is also very nice and interesting and helped us with our trip to and from Stepantsminda at a very fair price. Definitely recommend!

Great location, walking distance to the center and to some highlights of Kutaisi. In house was all amenities provided and even warm bathrobe , which was a most my warm clothes. Huge thanks to host and Kob, he is such nice heart and good person, felt myself like at home. Also all kitchenette is provided in case you wish to cook. Photo of the house from host is 100% same. The room and the bed are very comfortable, a sort of home feeling, we had a good sleep there. hosts are very friendly. We paid in cash, the host insisted not take the odds, which is very nice and touching. Especially after we were just rip off by the taxi driver from Tbilisi to Kazbek and feeling very down . great location as well.
