Monika was a fantastic host — incredibly kind and helpful, sharing great tips about must-see spots and tavernas serving the best seafood on the island. Nik (Owner's Husband) meet with us in the entrance of Lithi. He helped us to carry our heavy luggage. You should park your car along the entrance way of Lithi. In Chios, all villages have narrow ways. Therefore, you should park your car in a parking place and walk. The House have a sight of sea. You have everything in house what you need. It is good decorated. You think, the owner has been left house just a minute ago and you came in. House have tree air conditioner, two bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, tree room to sleep a garden. You can take your breakfast in camellia opposite to Aegean Sea. We liked our neighbors and village people to. They were very helpfully and friendly.

Location is fine, both toristic and local. It was nice to see local people, saying kalimera in the mornings:) If you have a car location is fine if you go to beaches, and see some historic places. House is clean, host was great, easy to communicate, felt very welcome with mastic and liquer :) Place is good for two couples or a family.
