While not actually in Guimaraes we used Uber (Bolt also available) to get to the town for just 5 Euros each way, which gave us a welcome break from driving. Although on quite a busy road, inside the apartment was peaceful and quiet. The host was easy to communicate with and excellent in answering any questions we had. All in all this was a very good place to stay.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and São Bartolomeu do Mar beach is 2 km away. Location was great, right on the Camino. The store is next door. The host gave clear instructions and communication was easy! There was everything needed in the room. The bed was very comfortable and there were even extra blankets if needed.

It was the stunning scenery around there, facilities are great, well equipped kitchen. Great concept to follow the tradition and environmental friendly atmosphere. And , of course, friendly staff!

The grounds were beautiful and really incredible, terraced seating areas, the fabulously warm pool! And Maria was magic - she was kind, welcoming and went above and beyond. We loved it and look forward to coming back. An amazing value too for such a lovely experience.
