This property offers access to a patio, a pool table, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 29 km from Sundsvall Train Station. We loved our stay there in February. It is a beautiful and confortable house located in between the forest and the sea shore, close to a lively small town. There are lots of tracks to walk and country ski (no rental options) around and a great outdoor ice ring to skate. We had a warm welcome from the owner who was very helpful on any question we had. We strongly recommend !

Everything and more, especially the location—magical. I wish I could have spent more time. Beyond a 10–perfect! And the dogs were happy, too!

We are lucky to stay only two(actually on our silver-honeymoon) in such a large and comfortable villa and with absolutely all the possible facilities. A very large ultra-modern kitchen area gives us a lot of joy. The queen-bed bedroom was also fantastic. Free parking for car and safe place for our ebikes on the entrance porch. Övik (as locals shorten Örnsköldsvik) it's a nice, bike friendly city.
