The air-conditioned villa consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are featured in the villa. The property has an outdoor dining area. Luka is a perfect host. The apartment is a tiny house offering all you need, lovely furnitured and offering a great view. The huge windows are amazing. Everything was super clean and worked perfectly. The internet was lightning-fast and the parking area spacious. It is not too close to Bovec (next bigger town) but also not too far away, so you can get to a restaurant or supermarket within less than 10 minutes by car but also you benefit from the calm, peaceful and quiet location. Due to the poor weather during my stay I couldn't test the hammock on the private terrace, but I liked to have this option. Such locations are rare and for me at the time of this review there was only one other option in the entire vally, that could compete with this apartment. I'm really happy with my decision to stay here. I'll come back to the Soca valley for sure and also to this place.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. This holiday home is allergy-free and non-smoking. Great location-stores nearby in 5 minutes wallk, town center is also walkable (1,5 km). Brand new house, kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! Also the host is very communicative, flexible and helpful. We will come back for sure:-)

The spacious holiday home features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with mountain views. A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Its a cozy and private place, with a nice big garden. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped. 3 separate bedroom, two have big, king size beds and one has 4 bunkbeds. Its not close to a main road so it was quiet as well. The grill is very old/basic, there is an electreic stove outside which was nice but not the cleanest. Also, there was heating and Air conditioning.

Our hosts, Florent and Maja, were very welcoming and offered plenty of tips about things to do in and around Bovec. Florent is a rafting instructor and was very helpful in making arrangements so that we could paddle down the Soča River right away!

The property features garden views. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Milena, the host was super kind and flexible. She welcomed us with Slovenian beverages and she even made traditional dumplings the morning we left. Everything was perfect about the house and it’s located in an amazing environment. The double bed is in the hall on the first floor and the other bedroom opens from there, which could be bothering for two pairs, but it was fine for us as we traveled only girls. Otherwise 10/10, absolutely recommended!

Tiny Eko House Bovec is a recently renovated holiday home in Bovec, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. This is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in! Everything was thought through. Every little detail was like customized for our needs. All that we needed from an accommodation and so quiet and peaceful! We could even harvest some fresh vegetables and apples from the yard, and grill some barbecue in the evenings. The view is amazing and we just sat on the porch every night looking at the stunning mountains. Even thought the house was private and quiet, it was just a few minutes drive from all the attractions and activities we wanted to do in Bovec. I would recommend this stay to any couple. Also Slavica was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

I just wish we had stayed longer as there is so much to do in the local area including kayaking, rafting, hiking to gorges and waterfalls and much more. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the yard as much as we would have liked. The hosts were welcoming and very nice, the place was set up beautifully to accommodate us. Amazing swimming, walking distance from the property which we enjoyed everyday!
