Everything is clean! Like actually clean! And so comfortable! There's wifi, and the internet is actually pretty good! I couldn't believe it. You get your own independent little cabin with a private bathroom, and you're in nature with peace and quiet. I would happily have stayed a month.  They also rent motorbikes in excellent condition, also for the cheapest price we have found in any country. You do need a motorbike here because the resort is in the middle of nowhere, but if you don't know how to drive too well, this is the perfect place to learn. All the roads around are excellently paved and mostly empty: there's almost no traffic at all. And the countryside is beautiful to just drive around and enjoy. The family that runs the place is super sweet.

Reasonably stocked fridge, better than an average hotel. Of course you need to share the cost to replenish it. Fully furnished property, fully equipped kitchen even with a washer and a dryer. A pouch of liquid detergent was there ready for us. I didn't check if it had a dish washer as we didn't need one. Full set of cutlery and table ware but we only found out in the last minutes as we didn't have enough time to check all the amenities. A perfect residential area as we preferred. If you drive it is a perfect 4 bedroom homestay for the price. Basically, it is a second home and has everything you need for your stay. Now, I am sitting in a hotel room of another town and regretting not staying in a homestay as there is no ice or ice tray in the hotel's measly fridge. 😕

Recommend for coffee lovers with coffee grinder, paper filters, server kettle and dripper provided in the room. Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely go back again.

We were worried about dinner as dining options are quite limited with it is late, but there’s delicious dinner available just beside by the host. Breakfast was awesome, we had to leave early but host went the extra mile to prepare breakfast earlier than expected for us. Wonderful stay and value for money

The location was perfect to experience and enjoy the weather, the scenery and the atmosphere at Doi Chang. Overall the property is much larger than I expected with very generous and spacious common areas and a nice garden. Plenty of privacy and very strong wifi connections.
