We had a wonderful stay in Daneysha and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well maintained, family friendly and hospitable guesthouse when visiting Tortuguero. Also highly recommend Sergio as a guide to the national park.

Situated in Puerto Viejo and only less than 1 km from Negra Beach, Kalawala features accommodation with city views, free WiFi and free private parking. This is a little parade spot! Our family loved the house and decided that it was the best accommodation we stayed in during our 10 days tour around Costa Rica. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped , located near the beach and easy walking distance to everything you need. We visited Jaguar rescue (5-10 minutes drive) and loved the tour Very Much! It’s one of must to visit in the area but make sure to book ahead

Rooms are very clean and super comfortable to stay in. Staff is really nice and incredibly helpful. The owners gave us lots of advice on things to do in Puerto Viejo and the area around it.

Situated in Guápiles, Centro Ananda is located in Guapiles, 6 km from the center. A patio with garden views is offered in all units. The bed and breakfast offers a terrace. The host, Klaus, he is amazing. He will make sure you are having a great experience. He is also a good conversation. The breakfast was great too, plenty of it. The tent is small but comfy. The place itself is also beautiful. Spent two nights, would visit again.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, La Paz del Caribe is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Puerto Viejo, 500 metres from Cocles Beach. The location is amazing! Just a short walk to the beach and close to some great restaurants too. It feels like you are right in the middle of the jungle, tranquil with birds and monkeys all around you. A beautiful pool and breakfast served every morning. Rooms were clean and so comfortable! Wade and Laurie great hosts and very helpful! We’ll be back!

We really liked the decorations and all the beautiful nature in the surroundings. The bed and living areas were comfortable.

I was impressed with the spotless absolutely clean room. Immaculate! I enjoyed a comfortable sleep and was treated so kindly by the owners, that I will not forget them. I definitely recommend Cabinas Hukats Secret Jungle. What a local gem!!!

Situated in Cocles, Finca Valeria Treehouses Glamping features a garden and on-site dining. All rooms are fitted with a terrace with river views. At the guest house, rooms are fitted with a wardrobe. Dreamy house in the jungle. We loved everything about it. The sound of nature, our hosts, the serenity of the place, and closeness to the beach.
