Very beautiful, big apartment, well equipped, near public transportation. We visited during a very hot day but the apartment kept a perfect temperature so I recommend it as perfect for sommer time also. The owner are very kind and respond very quickly to any question. The self check in, check out instructions are very clear. Our cat and our daughter loved the beautiful room with the swing hanging chair and loft. We would definitely like to come back and we totally recommend it. As our cat would say simply purrfect 🐈 ! 🙂

Working from the apartment (home office) works perfectly as the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is really comfortable and the little touches of decoration show the host cares for the apartment. The photos are accurate, all listed amnesties are in the apartment and working. Communication with the host is fast and uncomplicated. Highly recommended!

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for living here and with bath. We like it so much! Hostess is very friendly. Zuzanna met us when we arrived, show all nesessary in the appartments and sent a lot of usefull information about places nearby. Also it was very nice to find small compliments in the form of chocolate and coffee.

The apartment had everything we needed. Can not fault. Communication prior to arrival was excellent, and the apartment is near a tram that goes directly to town.

Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments offers units with air conditioning, a shared or private roof terrace, free WiFi and an underfloor heating system. Nice, clean and warm flat. Easy to check in and check out!

The blue VIEcation apartment er með útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn og er gistirými í Vín, 2,7 km frá Volksgarten-almenningsgarðinum og 2,9 km frá Hofburg. Apartment is very clean, cosy and well equiped with everything you may need! Host is extremly nice, helpful and easy to comunicate. Supermarket is across the street, and there are a couple of restaurants and fast food stands in close vicinity. Number of public transport lines, including subway, are just a few minutes away. Great location but very quiet and peacefull. Overall very satisfied, highly recommend!

One of the best apartments we have stopped while being on holiday😊New, modern renovation, bright rooms, comfortable beds and good bathroom. The hosts took care of their guests and the apartment has everything you need. Contactless communication with the owner. There is a tram stop near the house, 15 minutes to the center. And 5 minutes away from the nearest subway station. Everything was great and deserves the best rating. Thank you for two days of good sleep and comfort👍
