Clement gave us an excellent reception. He was very warm and friendly and the apartment was very cosy and just as shown in the photos. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a reserved parking spot and the apartment was just 5 mins walk to a stunning beach (Plage de Boucan Canot) with many restaurants on the beach.

The cottage is so well equipped. It has everything you will need for a long or short stay. The dishwasher and washing machine is a great addition, the proximity to the beach and bus station is a plus! Martin has thought of all your needs, he provided some basic supplies and a welcome beer! There is a parking space inside the building and a lift! Martin even provided a beach umbrella! We really were incredibly happy with the facilities, everything is as per the description and the pictures. We would highly recommend Martin's apartment. Martin is also very helpful and always available for any question you might have. The apartment is very tastefully decorated with enough cupboard space and cleaning materials. We really had such a good time in Boucan Canot

The view from the hotel is amazing. We were lucky to see every day from the terrace whales jumping in the ocean. The property is very well equipped (all you need is there including a private parking spot and swimming pool).SofianYoung couple
