Very comfortable, spacious apartment in a nice area of the city. We were treated with Christmas goodies.and there was a nice basket for our dog. Very good bed linen and pillows! The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and handwash were all available. The decoration is brilliant with some amusing touches. I won't say any more or I'll ruin the surprise 😉. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with tea, coffee, milk and all appliances you would need. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for excellent instructions for getting the keys and using them. Thanks too for the parking space.

In the perfect location for both Southsea hotspots and Portsmouth staples like GunWharf and the Historic Dockyard, the property suited all of my business and social needs. It feels like The Green House is a hidden away secret find so nervous about reviewing so strongly in case I cannot get in next time!!

Mubi and Steve are great. They do everything possible to make your stay perfect. They showed us different rooms and we could choose the best for us. The heating was not working in our room and they solved the issue in the middle of the night with a smile on their face. Totally recommend. They also gave us a hint for parking in the main street which is free until 8am.

The hosts were beyond excellent and helpful. The location is not onlly historic for the famous people that live on this Street or on the adjacent corner, but it is within a short walk to food stores and restaurants. Being in our late 70s this was important. Also, this apartment was the cleanest one we have rented since arriving in the UK at the end of December 2023. Added to that is that everything WORKED and nothing was broken or missing. Ample huge towels and no stairs to climb.
