The location is not perfect as it's far away from the nearest train station, but still, the beach and Mercadona are nearby. Definitely recommend

I booked this for my parents, and they left after the first night as they thought the property was unclean and therefore they were not comfortable to stay. A hotel wouldn’t get away with having filthy rugs amongst other things and nor should any rental accommodation.
