The breakfast was very good. The studio unit was very spacious, but did not look like any of the pictures that I had seen online.

Layout, decor, garden area and convenient location for Monet's garden. The whole 'shabby chic' ambience is charming and typically rural France. Coffee machine and light breakfast food was a nice touch.
A charming village with good restaurants, bakery and cafes.
A charming village with good restaurants, bakery and cafes. The Museum was interesting and held beautiful artwork of Impressionists. Monet's garden and house were a treat to visit. Our timing was perfect - there was much in bloom and the weather was cooperative. There were hidden monuments - Monet's bust, the monument to him and his family. And the house was beautifully replicated.

Beautiful village, with a sense of peace and quietness despite many tourists. Monets garden is absolutely worth a visit as well as the impressionist museum. We had dinner at the new restaurant “Oscar” at the museum (excellent food at a fair price, definitely recommend it)

This centre was lacking in the overall character of a village. The gardens were the focus. But there was very little opportunity to enjoy the village separate to the gardens as there were no shops to buy local cheese, yes there is a bakery but no partisse. It had character but no sole.

We loved the gardens and house although very busy.
We loved the gardens and house although very busy. Glad we chose the earlier booking option as by the time we left it was mobbed. If we had longer we would have gone to the museum too, however, we were en route south and needed to get going.
Like it even better once we left the pre booked disgusting Les Rouges Gorges and paid for another stay at the idyllic La Dime.

Giverny is quiet and beautiful. Completely walkable.
Giverny is quiet and beautiful. Completely walkable. Try to stay in town for the best experience, but note that there are only a few restaurants open after 6 p.m. We missed out on the combination ticket for Monet's Gardens and the Impressionist Museum, but both were worth the full price, so we didn't mind. There are a few lovely little shops as well, 2 which support the Monet Gardens. And a highlight for me personally was a sweet, older local man who offered me a fresh fig from his garden, and peeled it for me. Delightful!
From the moment we checked in to the time we left, the staff was amazing. My husband and I were beyond impressed with the attention to detail and all the “little things”. They went above and beyond to accommodate our stay and made our last evening in France extra special. Our favorite part was the breakfast delivered to the room in the cutest little basket. We wished we spent more nights here!
Rose Garden is just charming. From the moment you arrive the wrought iron gates and the abundance of colour provided by the roses and other flowers in the garden. The accommodation itself is perfect for a short get away. The little attention to detail makes this the perfect get away. It’s locality is perfect to explore Giverny and surrounding areas.
This place is excellent! Beautiful and cozy! The hosts were father and daughter, very wonderful and pleasant. We felt safe and at home. Their breakfast was delicious, prepared by Luciano. Location is walking distance to Monet’s house and gardens. Bathroom was very clean, the bed was a king size and very comfortable. We will be coming back!
The owner was very friendly and helpful both before our arrival and when we got to Giverny. The apartment was attractive, clean, well maintained and equipment and facilities in good working order. The beds were comfortable. It was a short, pleasant walk from restaurants, Monet’s house and garden and other museums we wanted to visit.
Veronique was an amazing host, she lives in the same building so check in and out were super convenient. She gave great recommendations on Giverny. Location was great, perfect if you want to visit Monet’s house and gardens. The flat was a bit cosy but very well organised and well-appointed.
A wonderful apartment in the centre of Giverny. Spacious and comfortable. Very kind of the owners to provide milk, tea, coffee, bread etc for breakfast.
