The staff were amazingly helpful and nothing was too much. the room was very clean on arrival. The hotel has a lovely pool that is perfect for actually swimming rather than just soaking in. the newly built shower block was also very clean. although not in the centre it was perfectly located for our needs with excellent secure parking it is also quiet so you are not disturbed by traffic or cockerels we were only due to stay a couple of days but ended staying nearly a week and even booked an extra room for families members to join us and enjoy the pool. yes we will stay here every time we come back to Vigan

Breakfast was affordable. We appreciate owner for allowing us to drop our luggage before check in time. We complained about a toilet that wouldn’t flush but it was immediately resolved. Hot water and air conditioner worked.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The price is very practical as well for backpackers like me and my husband. The owners are very kind and approachable. They can easily provide simple things that really matters e.g. umbrella, safety pin, toothpaste, soap, shampoo..👍

Strong water in the shower. Parking is not a problem. They have a dedicated area exclusive for guests. The kuyas are very polite and helpful. Great location as it is just inside the heritage village. We're glad that kitchen, dinnerwares and cutleries are available in the room. The location is perfect, walking distance from Calle Crisologo and a few minutes drive to Vigan Market where you can buy bagnet and vigan longganisa for a cheaper price. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when we go back to Vigan.
