One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I spent 2 nights at this Hotel with my wife, it was our honeymoon, and everything was perfect. From greeting us at the Hotel gate, guiding us to our beautiful room with the amazing view over the lake and the amazing Spa that they have. The service was honestly exceptional. our room was maintained twice daily with little gifts that they lift over our bed every evening with a small lovely note. Food was excellent. Pricy but totally worth it.

Located just 700 metres from Lake Annecy, ibis Annecy Centre Vieille Ville features a 24-hour front desk, a luggage storage room and free WiFi. A great location on the edge of the old town and a short walk from the train station. Check in is 5pm but we went at 2pm to drop off luggage before exploring and delighted to get early check in as room was ready. Room waw clean warm and comfortable and great view of Thiou canal from spacious furnished balcony. Breakfast was great with a fantastic selection of breads, pastries, cereal, cheeses, sausages, eggs ,teas and coffees.

Set just off the banks of Lake Annecy, this hotel is 1.5 km from the centre of town. The rooms at Hôtel Catalpa include an LCD TV with satellite channels. Very good breakfast with many choices. Great location, though a bit far from the city center by walk, but close to the lake and the area is very quiet and nice.

Very cozy small hotel, with a nice garden and lobby area. It is close to the center, 10 min walk and right next to the train station. The room was cozy, modern bathroom, and comfortable bed. I would come back again.

The area is quiet (which we wanted) with a short drive to the lake which has plenty of parking (not always easy arounf Lake Annecy) which also has bars and restaraunts as well as a large supermaket in Faverges. Peggy our host was excellent, who met us at the complex to hand over keys / show us the apartment. Love this part of France and cant wait to return. Tres Bien

The hotel is beautifully situated at the shore of Lake Annecy, only a few km from the town Annecy. Everything was clean, staff were friendly, beds comfy and the view from our room was stunning (lake view with snow topped mountains raising right behind it). The breakfast room/restaurant has the same few - spectacular. There were enough parking spaces right in front of the hotel. We also liked the fact that there is no road between the hotel and the lake, just a bike & foot path, so it was nice and quiet at night.

The Aparthotel Privilodges Le Royal is in a great location in the centre of Annecy close to the lovely shops, train station and bus station. Lake Annecy is a short walk away and there are some fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There is a great local Sunday market just around the corner as well as some great places for breakfast. Our studio apartment was clean and comfortable and provided a great base to enjoy and explore Annecy. Definitely recommend a stay here.
